At RareBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you may have the right to cancel and return your purchase in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Right to Cancel
For most products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To help us process your return:
- Products should be returned in their original condition.
- Products must not have been used, damaged or altered.
- Products should be returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, may be required.
For hygiene reasons, certain beauty and cosmetic products may not be eligible for return once their sealed packaging has been opened, where permitted by applicable law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
Where a refund is legally due, it will generally be made using the original payment method. For eligible cancellations, the standard delivery cost may also be refundable.
